I am passionate about leadership. I love being a leader, coaching leaders, and being a student of leadership.
I believe leaders are far more influential than they realize and that an investment in their leadership skills will yield untold benefits to them personally, to the people they lead, and to their organizations.
In 6th grade, I recall my teacher telling me I was a leader and that I could use those skills to build people up or tear them down. I want to build up and help other leaders do the same.
I have been a leader in many settings, including non-profits, small companies, and global Fortune 500 organizations. I have successfully led through disruptive change, to consistently exceed targets, to inspire X, Y, and Z generations in the workplace, to build healthy workplace culture, to create happy employees, and to coach others to be effective leaders.
I believe leadership is a privilege, it is hard, it can be extremely rewarding, and as with any other talent it needs to be practiced to be improved.
To paraphrase my 6th grade teacher: every leader will make a difference, the question is what difference they will make. I want to help you be the leader YOU would follow.
